Donna Downey's Workshop

For those taking Donna Downey's workshop this Saturday

This is a reminder that your Workshop with Donna Downey is this weekend! I hope you are excited as I am!

The class will start promptly at 1:00pm. Please try to arrive prior to 1:00 so you can get settled and ready to create.

It’s time to start preparing your supplies to bring to class so I thought it would be convenient to post the list again. If there is something on the list that you need to purchase prior to the start of class, please call me to check availability and if it’s in stock, I can pull it from the shelf and reserve it for you.

Here’s what you will need to bring with you:
• 2 paint brushes (about ½ to 1”)
• glass jar or mug for water
• heat gun
• small soft cloth or small piece of t-shirt (for a technique not to wear)
• favorite liquid adhesive (i.e.: Zip dry, tacky glue, tombo, etc)
• glue stick
• White acrylic paint
• favorite pieces of ephemera, old book pages, trims, papers or embellishments
(NO MORE THAN WHAT CAN FIT IN A SANDWICH BAGGIE. Yep a sandwich baggie! You can do it, I know you can!)
• Favorite colors of acrylic paint
• Non-Stick Craft Sheet (optional)
• baby wipes and/or paper towels – (I am messy, I use a lot!)
• Ink applicator tool (if you have one/optional)
• Favorite ink pads/colors (optional)
• 5-10 of your favorite stamps mix of words and images (optional but recommended)
• 1 favorite foam stamp (optional)
• spray bottle/mister (optional but recommended)
• pop dots (optional)
• old magazine (to use as work surface)

Again, I am very excited about this class and look forward to seeing you on Saturday. Please don’t hesitate to call with questions at 704-455-9425.
